Visit the Museum
The Commemorative Air Force Missouri Wing is located in Portage Des Sioux, MO just 40 minutes north of St. Louis. As a visitor, you will have the opportunity to get close to our rare collection of military aircraft, view our museum displays which rotate annually, and see our motor pool vehicles. You may be able to witness our aircraft fly depending on the day.
The museum is open Thursday and Saturdays from 9am to 3pm or by request. Please call ahead on all major holidays as the museum may be closed.
Suggested donation is $5 for adults and $2 for students (12 - 17 years old). Children under 12 are free. Veterans, Active Military, and First Responders are Free.

We host several events each year from from weddings to charitable events. We also host a WWII USO Style Swing Dance, which you don't want to miss.
History Flight Experiences
Take a once in a life time experience flying in one of our authentic World War II aircraft. No piloting experience is necessary!
By booking a flight, you're not only getting to experience flying in an authentic WWII aircraft, you’re also helping to preserve them! All proceeds go toward maintaining our aircraft. As a 501c3 non-profit, your flight is also tax deductible up to the maximum amount allowed by law.
Hangar Dance
We are pleased to announce that our Annual Hangar Dance is returning on Saturday, September 23, 2023.
Party like they did in 1943! What’s better than warbirds and music. Dress up in period clothing if you want to (not required) and have a blast with The Sentimental Journey Band.
There will be a small air display and night engine run ups with the bombers!
STEM Tours
Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics are very important to us. We have a number of stations that we set up for this tour- aircraft carrier landings, wind tunnel, and weight and balance are just a few to name. Aviation uses all of the STEM subjects and we like to share our knowledge with our fans! We hold tours at our facility and can accommodate your needs. If you'd like to learn more, contact us today.
