How to Join the Commemorative Air Force

Memberships are required in both the Missouri Wing and C.A.F. Headquarters .

Joining the Missouri Wing:

Send the completed form with a check for $50.00 to:

St. Charles, MO 63302
 
Or, you can come visit us at the hangar any Saturday, take a tour, and get all the necessary forms

There are several C.A.F. Headquarters membership options:

These options are explained on the C.A.F. Headquarters website. From there you can download application forms or join instantly online.
